Who runs this website

This website presents the TagBrio brand of UHF RFID tags. It is operated by the owner of that brand, called "we" in this document.

Sample availability and terms

Samples are handled per request. After you ask for a test kit, the team confirms by email whether the models you named are available, how many can be sent, how they are delivered and whether any charge applies, before anything is shipped.

What a sample is for

A sample is for evaluation on your own items and in your own process. It is not for resale, and it is not a commitment to supply larger quantities later.

What you agree when you request one

You give accurate details about your company and your application, you test the sample yourself, and you decide whether it suits your use. The team may decline or limit a request and will say so by email.

Delivery details

If a sample is shipped, the delivery address and contact details you provide are used to arrange shipping and customs clearance, and are shared with the courier for that purpose. Charges, and who bears import duties and taxes, are stated in the reply before anything is shipped.

Quotes

A quote is a written document sent by the team. It states the models and specification, the quantity, the price, the lead time, the payment and delivery terms, and how long the quote stays valid. Until you have received a written quote and accepted it as written, there is no purchase contract. Minimum order quantities and lead times depend on the model and are set in the quote.
